Stayed many times whist acting as a course faculty for Allianz. Facilities, food, service are very good. The key challenge is that in the summer, as there is no air conditioning, the venue can be too hot which takes value away from holding a course there if people cannot sleep well and are uncomfortable in the conference rooms. My room was exceptionally hot (336) and I found it near impossible to have good sleep.

We are sorry to hear that you experienced some inconveniences during your stay.

We understand how important a comfortable room temperature is, especially in the summer.
Due to environmental considerations, we deliberately do not have air conditioning in our hotel rooms. Our seminar rooms have room cooling systems built into the walls, which may not be able to cool the conference room sufficiently when the outside temperature is so high. We have also recognized this problem and are looking for an appropriate solution.

We hope to welcome you back in the future and offer you a more pleasant stay.

Det glutenfri udvalg var for dårligt, det som stod i menuen som kunne lavet glutenfrit kunne man ikke få.

I appreciate the overall experience
Your staff were very supportive and caring
I was there with my spouse and I appreciated so much the discount offered. It made alot of sense
One area of improvement I’ll like to propose is that the choice of breakfast was same all through my stay. It becomes boring when you see same meal over and over. Proposal is to have varieties across the days.
It’s also strongly advised to proactively inform guests to use taxis after arriving from the airport rather than waiting for the public buses especially during weekends. For new guests who dosent know that the public buses are really not functional, it may constitute a lot of time wastage.
Other than that, all good experiences.
