Lovely venue and grounds - hotel room was very nice &clean! There were plenty of options food-wise.

Customer service was extremly bad.
In my reservation (Booking.com #1918145437), it was written that I could check in from 14.00 without any indication whatsoever on the fact that I could not go in the hotel area before 15.00.

As a result, I arrived at 13.30 and I was not even allowed to go in the hotel area before 15.00 ... (not just in my hotel room, the complete hotel area was forbidden to me, I felt like I was an illegal citizen despite my booking confirmation !)
So the receptionnist (from the outside gate) proposed me to go to Munich. As no other alternatives were proposed to me I sadly agreed -> to my surprise, the taxi that she booked dropped me in the train station of a small town where you need German to find your way and on top I had to pay for the taxi (round trip)!

This is highly unacceptable for a 4-star hotel, as even with a booking confirmation you don't know when you can go in the hotel area and on top, guests are proposed ineffective alternatives ... that they will have to pay for!
I ll make sure that my company will never organise any event nor book any room in your hotel!!
