It was terrible, especially considering the high price. Moreover, I stayed on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve, yet they only allowed a one-hour late checkout, and I had to pay €25 for each additional hour.
Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that your stay did not meet your expectations. The €25 late check-out fee covers the extra effort required, as rooms must be cleaned by a certain time for the next guests. Without this fee, we would either need to delay cleaning or could not rent the room to the next guest. Hot water is always available at the reception. Your comments about the room and staff have been shared with our team to improve our service.
