The location of the hotel is brilliant. The staff are a credit to the hotel but our stay was massively let down by not enough people working in the evening. If you have multiple groups booked in surely assigning a waitress per group plus at least 3 for the other guests wouldn't be unreasonable.

We are surprised about your impression of our new building as it is very popular with our guests. But okay,the good thing is that tastes are very different and we are happy about having the possibility to offer different styles and different categories.
For your next stay, we recommend you a nice room in our Castle Manor. Rooms in the Castle Manor are individually designed and decorated in traditional Steinburg style.
Concerning your impressions of being understaffed at that evening, you are definitely right. Due to illness, we had a shortfall of personnel so we just could handle that evening like that. In summer time, our bar is not opened, because it is located in our Castle Vaults and too many people want to have their drinks outside.
Regarding our Wifi password, our "Refugium guests" receive it within their key card. Besides, our reception desk assists you with connecting your phone.
