It was fine but it still remains things which can be improved as: lunch/dinner meal (diversification), the room entrance key (in some buildings / very old for a 4* location as first contact for the tourist), internet quality, the attitude just of some staff members.

We regret that you did not feel as comfortable as expected, because we would love to see our guests happy.
After consultation of our restaurant team, we guess that the described situation was as follows:
Our restaurant opening times are until midnight (last order 11:30 pm). After that time, we offer "the last battle", a choice of some drinks, which we bring to the group for self-service. Maybe, this was meant by your hint that you did not get a drink besides the group offer? If it was a misunderstanding, we apologize for the situation.
Concerning room keys, our hotel is a historic one and it would mean to change alle the hotel doors in order to get new keys. We hope for your understanding that this would be an investment which is not feasible for us, just after the years of Covid and the economical consequences.
