Location was just perfect in terms of transportation and places nearby. Breakfast was nice but the variety of food was not really good. Overall, it was a pleasant trip. Personally, I did not like the stairs for the bunk beds because after a long day walking it was difficult for me to go up to the bed but nevertheless beds were really comfy. I am sure other people will not find bunk beds as difficult to climb as me

Rooms could be improved by lighting up the mirror in the bathroom, its not enough for make up.
In the booking process I asked for a room with single beds on the 1st or 2nd floors. I was given one on the 7th floorwith a king size bed and it was impossible to separate the beds (the management of the hotel had suggested it was always possible).

The concept is great, availability of bar service assisted by reception, lockers for the baggage, the arena with an area for kids to play, breakfast is quite good, the possibility to cook (we didn't use it, but I consider it's a great idea...
The noise insulation is good, too. Bathroom is great

To improve: choice of rooms a little bit bigger for families, with a wardrobe! clothes of 4 people are nearly impossible to handle
The heating is a bit too
