The aircondition did not work properly, hence it was too warm in the two upper beds.

We come to Berlin once a year and will now book at the Schulz every time. Its fantastic!

Good breakfast and location. Comfortable beds. Lucy at the reception was very friendly and helpful.

All in all we had a great stay at Schulz Hotel. Breakfast offered a lot of variety. The room was nice and clean, we especially liked that there was no carpet in the room.
Next time we would probably ask for a room at the end of the hallway since the doors are not soundproof- but apart from a couple of kids running up and down the corridors and a group of drunk ladies at 3 am it was totally fine.

Ich bin kein Freund davon, wenn man vom Personal geduzt wird. Scheint aber Linie des Hotels zu sein. Wir reden uns immer noch bitte mit Sie an, bevor wir nicht mal zusammen ein Bier getrunken haben.

Amazing location, really cool hotel, staff really friendly and helpful. The rooms quite tiny and bumped the head several times on a bunk bed, but we knew what we're getting before booking the room. Really happy with the stay and would definitely come back here again.
