Excellent location nearby station. Accesible for all guests electric sockets in room.
We lacked information in room about shared kitchen location. Hopefully found it by ourselves searching every floor.

As we were there for 4 nights, it would have been handy to have a mini fridge and kettle within the room. Other than that, the place was lovely.

Schulz is right next to Ostbahnhof and is modern, cosy, and feels safe. My only complaint is that the breakfast was a bit too expensive and there were no sweet pastries (e.g. croissants) included.

Check-In und Check-Out alles übers Handy möglich. Demnach keine Schlangenbildung vor der Rezeption.
Der Umweltfaktor ist merklich vorhanden, aber ohne dabei als Ökohotel dazustehen. Es ist trotzdem recht modern und spart an den richtigen Stellen.

Freundliches Personal,Sauberes Zimmer.Habe mich wohlgefühlt bis auf das überteuerte Frühstücksangebot.Für 13,50 Euro erwarte ich keinen wässrigen Orangensaft und steinhart gekochte Eier.
