the first day the room was not cleaned. i didn't know you had to put the tag out on the handle as there was no tag in our room. at check in I asked for a map of the city. they replied that they didn't have it and that I had to buy it at the station. in the afternoon when I return to the hotel there was a block of maps on the desk that was missing about half of them. so it was in the hotel in the morning but it wasn't made available and the person I asked didn't know and didn't ask any of his colleagues. there are no shower caps. if I knew I would have brought it from home.
