Wenigstens ein Wasserkocher sollte im Zimmer vorhanden sein

Vielen Dank für deinen Hinweis darauf, dass du dir auf deinem Zimmer einen Wasserkocher gewünscht hättest. Wusstest du, dass in unserer voll ausgestatteten Gästeküche Wasserkocher zur Verfügung stehen? Diese befindet sich im ersten Stock und kann von allen Gästen völlig kostenfrei benutzt werden.

Es tut uns sehr leid zu hören, dass du dein Zimmer nicht im perfekten sauberen zustand gefunden hast und möchten uns hiermit bei dir entschuldigen! Normalerweise haben wir einen hohen Housekeeping-Standard - es tut uns leid, wenn wir unseren Standard dieses Mal nicht erfüllen konnten.

Wir hoffen, du hattest dennoch eine tolle Zeit in Berlin und würden uns freuen, dich vielleicht eines Tages wieder bei uns begrüßen zu dürfen.

Sadly the breakfast was rather boring and not worth the money. I missed having something cooked for me, a little bit more choice of bakery good and normal filtered coffee. Most disappointing was the plate of cheese and sausages, which by design only had to few of one thing and to many of another, so that a lot of food went to waste. I understand that there have to be precautions due to current events, but I was still disappointed.
