We liked your kindness and your 24/7 service. We would have liked that you cleaned or at least checked our room once a day. But it was a perfect situated hotel - close to everything and value for money!

Es fehlt ein Wasser auf dem Zimmer

Wir hatten zu Anfang ein Zimmer gebucht, was angeblich 2 Doppelbetten haben sollte für 2 Personen, als wir da waren haben wir ein richtig kleines Zimmer bekommen. Ich hatte noch nie in meinem Leben so ein kleines Hotelzimmer.
Das Frühstücksangebot für 6,50€ war sehr enttäuschend, es gab keine Eier. Es gab nur standardweise Getränke, Müsli und ein Standard Weizenbrötchen mit einer Svheibe Käse und Salami. Zudem gab es einmal Probleme morgens, weil man uns vergessen hatte für einen Tag in die Liste für das Frühstück einzutragen

die Informationen über sightseeingbusse waren nicht so gut. ein paar Prospekte zum mitnehmen wären doch hilfreich. manchmal ist man offline unterwegs.
