Connor an der Rezeption...man wird selten so nett persönlich begrüßt! Er hat mir auch direkt weitergeholfen als die Heizung nicht ging. Sauberkeit war super!

Bei Ankunft im Zimmer waren diese sehr kalt! Die Matratzen waren im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels in der Preisklasse eher schlecht!

Preise am Getränkeautomat etwas hoch....für ein Wasser 2.4 € zahlt man in Berlin teilweise nicht mal im Restaurant.

Very good location and it was a modern hotel.
In the bar next to the hotel, they could be more friendly. It was also expensive for what we got...

Mir hat es bei euch sehr gut gefallen. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis hat hier super gepasst. Das Frühstück könnte allerdings reichhaltiger sein, geschmacklich war es gut.

I reserved and paid for three nights. I only stayed one night and it was excellent. My plans had to change due to the coronavirus. As an American I had to cut my trip short. Please can you give me a partial refund? If not, then a credit for a future stay of two nights? I would love to spend time in Berlin when it is safe to travel again.

Everything was really good: staff, room, food and location. However it was strange when the room service came so early. Also it would be great, if there were coffee/tea making facilities. Over all, I would stay here again❤️
