It was in a very good location for transport during the day however I felt a bit uneasy during the night. I had booked a room for 1 person however it had 4 beds which felt a bit excessive as I only required one. Hence I felt like I was paying for room I couldn't use and that my money could be invested in a nicer room with just less beds.

friendly staff - nice room

Breakfast was very good. Would be even more perfect if dry fruit was offered.
We did not have dinner, because the menu was too limited for vegetarians.

Staff was friendly and helpful if we asked something, but never (never!) approached us first or looked up with a friendly smile while passing. And you pass reception a lot if you stay 6 nights...

Furthermore, I know it is a big investment, but the mattresses are really not the best ones. After 6 nights, we really looked forward to our own bed, to enjoy a propper night sleep. This would be a reason for me to choose another hotel next time we go to Berlin.

But overall we are very satisfied with our choice for your hotel and we will recommend it to others. We had a free upgrade and a room outlooking the courtyard. And we could even sleep with the window open at night and enjoy silence in a capital city like Berlin. That is an absolute plus.
The guest kitchen is more than brilliant and we used it a couple of times. A very big plus.
And the room was absolutely clean, clean, clean.

Comfortable room, nice breakfast included. Great location from the train station and bus stop.

The hotel, location and staff are all very good. Some improvements could be made in offering more choices for breakfast and all day dining.

Nach innen ist das Hotel etwas hellhörig. Vom Verkehr auf der Straße war nicht sehr viel zu hören, aber die anderen Hotelgäste in den Nachbarzimmern und auf dem Flur waren teils sehr lärmend.
