I arrived 23.30 at night, and was given the keycard with the words "Your room is between two elevators, if there is too much noise, we can find another". That late in the evening I don't want to spend time figuring out if the room is too noisy - I just want to go to sleep, so just give me a room you believe in.
I wasn't recognized even though I have stayed with you before. I paid for breakfast but wasn't on the list in the morning.
