Die Lage ist super gut, nur zwei S- Bahnstation und man war beim Alexanderplatz. Das Auto konnte man ganz entspannt am Ostbahnhof stehen lassen. Auch die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und bei Fragen konnte man sie jederzeit fragen. Das Zimmer war sauber und leise obwohl es an einer viel befahrenen Straße lag. Das Frühstück war auch sehr, sehr lecker, wer da hungrig wieder los geht ist selber schuld.. wir waren super zufrieden und kommen gern wieder!

The cafe in the lobby could open earlier. There could be added hotel slippers in the rooms. Everything else was excellent.

I was travelling alone and needed a place to stay for couple of nights. It was very easy to access to room via the app on my phone. I had a room with a single bed and it was everything that I needed. Small and compact room, but for a really great price and at a great location right next to the train station and East Side Gallery. I had no issues at any point and my overall stay was definitely positive. If I ever visit Berlin again I would love to stay here again.

Our first night wasn't nice because a window in the room can't completely close, so the heater didn't work the whole night. In the morning we inform the lobby and got a new. It was a good response from hotel but it shouldn't happened if they really do a check before send a guest in (especially in a cold winter)

Lage ist perfekt. Im Bad haben wir leider Silberfische gesichtet. Auch die Silikonfugen sahen nicht so gut aus. Sonst gab es aber nichts zu beanstanden.
