Everything was great, the only issue was the pillows which we thought were too soft but that may be personal preference but maybe two pillows.

Die Lage war Top! Wir hatten drauf aufmerksam gemacht, dass sich Schwarze lange Haare im Zimmer, Bett und Bad befanden. Es wurde uns zugesichert, dass man sich drum kümmert, dem war aber nicht so. Selbst nach mehrmaligem Bescheid geben hat sich bis zur Abreise nichts getan. Es war sehr ekelig die Haare anderer Personen zu entfernen vor allem aus dem Bett. Hätten eigentlich erwartet das sich sofort drum gekümmert worden wäre.

Convenient location, very helpful staff. As an English visitor (and there were a number of other visitors from the U.K., it would have been lovely if you had English Breakfast/black tea bags available in addition to the range already provided

If there is none yet, please have the option to request for pillow firmness, mine was incredibly soft, caused me some neck and shoulder pain. But overall, my stay was great, location was perfect.

My stay was not including breakfast and cafe is not open until 8 am. It could have been better if there is an option to have coffee from some machine or maybe in a room (small kettle, cups, single use coffee etc).

My room was close to dining area and people were using there at nights for small gatherings, there were a lot of noise.

Although I did not want cleaning, there was no sign to put on so I had to wait until they come to my room to tell them I do not want cleaning, first time they just entered my room while I was in the room.

Overall, the hotel, rooms and the atmosphere was great, these are just small thing that can be improved :)

thank you for your review! Thank you for the remark regarding the option to grab coffee in the morning - we have since established a 24/7 coffee machine. Also, we are sorry for the noise in the public areas. We regularly check all floors at night to prevent disturbances and we are sorry if this did not work in your case. The cleaning usually works on request so unless you actively ask for cleaning, nobody will come in. We apologize for the disturbance.
