We arrived earlier than the check-in time and the receptionist was very kind and have us a different room that was ready at that moment (ours was not cleaned yet). The room had 4 beds and it was very nice but a bit cold, even having the airco at 22º. You could feel the difference between the hotel hall (warm) and the room (cold). Other friends that started in your hotel the same days said that their room was way too hot having the temperature set at 20º.
One of the days I had to work from the room and, because one of the top beds was right on top of the desk, I hit myself a couple of times with it. At that moment I thought that the design of that room was not smart at all.
The rest of the staying was good.

Stayed in a family room with the bunk beds. The main beds were uncomfortable with thin mattresses and very squeaky springs. If you improved the quality of the mattresses and bed bases I would have given the hotel higher rating. Given the high quality of the rest of the hotel the beds really let it down.

I had to cancel because of illness and was charged for my room nonetheless. So I cant rate the hotel highly.

Man fühlt sich wohl, obwohl es ein großes Hotel ist. Wir hätten gern im 1. OG gefrühstückt. War aber leider nicht möglich. Einen Grund haben wir nicht erfahren
