I liked the style of hotel and rooms - similar to other hotels of same standard - and above all the location in the city. I was aware of the self check-in procedure and of the mobile room key, its quick and easy: but it doesnt encourage any contact with the staff. Basically its not very personal and you dont feel particularly welcomed. Paid luggage lockers are definitely a no: its the first time ever I am required to paid for such service.

But of course we leave you the choice and you can do the check in at the reception, which is open 24 hours for you. Our dear guests are always welcome! We also apologize for the discomfort such as paying of luggage lockers. Safety of our guests is very important for us. Our lockers system allows that the luggage always remains in safety.

Das Händehandtuch hat gefehlt - stattdessen hatte ich zwei Tücher für den Boden. Außerdem bin ich aus dem System der App geflogen, sodass ich nicht mehr in mein Zimmer gekommen. Der Herr an der Rezeption hat mir zwar weitergeholfen, aber ich fand es suspekt, als er fragte, ob ich gegen 14 Uhr das letzte mal auf dem Zimmer war, dabei war ich seit 10:30 Uhr morgens unterwegs. Er sagte daraufhin, dass das wahrscheinlich die Uhrzeit war, in der ich vom System rausgeflogen bin.
Außerdem wäre es schön, wenn ihr noch ein helles Bier in den Verkauf aufnehmen könntet.

Leider war unser Zimmer erst 15.35 Uhr bezugsfertig. Ansonsten super.
