Great service. Staff are so helpful and extra warm. everything was accepted no matter what you asked. Loved staying, hope to return if in Berlin and would recommend very highly for location alone. Rooms are as shown and very clean. Thank you .

Disposer d'une bouilloire avec quelques sachets de thé et café
Placer des verres dans la chambre
Loger les groupes scolaires sur un autre étage que les touristes ce qui éviterait les Cris et les courses à 3 h du matin dans les couloirs

I like the design, the location and the kind employees. We missed a good bar, where you can order a good Gin-tonic or a cup of tea. We didn't like the seal service version, sorry

Excellent hotel, brilliant concept, nice staff but not enough staff at reception menaing long wait times. Keyless system was very glitchy i had to go to reception at least three of four times per day to get my account reset.

Das Zimmer hatte null Aufenthaltsqualität.
Zur Anreisezeit (15 Uhr) war das gebuchte Zimmer nicht gereinigt, ich musste mich an der Rezeption in die Schlange stellen, um ein anderes Zimmer zu bekommen.
