Schulz Hotel Berlin Wall

The room wasn´t properly cleaned, the room service did not show up until 3pm the next day. That was when we wanted to take a break from the day thus far, so there was no further cleaning and we had to live in a stained room for 4 days. And it was not just one stain!! The members of staff where trying to help but often there was no answe to our questions or we had to wait long for being served/ heard because there was only one employee for 5 or 6 guests or there were 3 employees busy talking to each other which made us feel like intruders. So, our final conclusion is not really positive, unfortunately for the hotel as the interior design has been carefully chosen and the story behind it is quite interesting, and also for us as we were looking forward to this trip very much but our expextations haven´t been met.

Es gab leider keine laktosefrei Milch und die Brötchen waren unwahrscheinlich hart.

Familienzimmer für 4 Personen viel zu klein. Statt einer Balkontür, die man sowieso nicht öffnen darf, wäre der Einbau nur eines großen Fensters mit Kippstellung sinnvoller gewesen, gerade für Leute, die die Klimaanlage nicht vertragen. Platzangebot zum Frühstück eine Katastrophe, mußten aus Verzweifelung in der kalten Lobby frühstücken. Frühstücksauswahl für Kinder mittelmäßig. Sehr schlechte telefonische Erreichbarkeit der Rezeption im Vorfeld der Anreise.
