Da wir mit dem Zug angereist sind, war die Lage optimal. Das Frühstück war großartig und der Service auch perfekt. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Ich hatte im Vorfeld eine Email geschrieben, die mir nie beantwortet wurde. Telefonisch scheint das Hotel nicht erreichbar zu sein.

The online check-in ending with a key that can be accessed with an app is modern and helpful.

The room was clean and the furniture was well maintained.

I booked a double room, but got the room for four instead. This had two bunk beds that I hit my head on twice, which I didn't need.

The two single beds kept moving apart and the mattresses where always moving off of the wood they are laying on.

The Wi-Fi isn't separating guests from each other, so I had some kids take over my Wi-Fi speaker.

With better beds and better networking, I'd recommend the place to all my friends.

The price is great, the location is perfect and the room is clean with new furniture.

Comfy rooms, even for three adults, I like the style of the whole hotel. Plus, the Ostbahnhof is right on the opposite site of Stralauer Platz, so it´s just 5 minutes to walk from the train to the reception. Were looking forward to our next stay in May!
