A great hotel, lovely staff that are really helpful, positive, friendly and add to a lovely experience. Only slight negative was the lack of a kettle for a hot drink or an ironing board although the staff did manage to assist.

Leider gibt es keinen Stuhl, sondern nur eine Holzbank, nicht einmal ein Sitzkissen. Um TV zu sehen, muss ich mich ins Bett legen, da kein Sessel oder Stuhl vorhanden ist. Auch fehlt ein Kleiderschrank, um meine Klamotten zu plazieren, schade

Vielen Dank, dass Sie sich die Zeit genommen haben, Ihre Eindrücke mit uns zu teilen. Es tut uns leid zu erfahren, dass die Ausstattung Ihres Zimmers nicht Ihren Erwartungen entsprach, insbesondere bezüglich der fehlenden Sitzmöbel und des Kleiderschranks.
Bitte beachten Sie jedoch, dass in allen unseren Zimmer die Möglichkeit besteht die Klamotten zu verstauen.

Really nice room and hotel, I was on floor 6. The staff were nice and helpful on the reception desk, and breakfast was good. Also, bike rental is 15 euros for the day and it was nice and easy getting these from hotel. Liked the location - lots nearby! The minor points to note that could be easily improved are 1 - I travelled for Business but there is no iron/board in the room. Easily solved you just have to call reception. 2 - No kettle! Again, reception can give you one but it would be good to know in advance 3 - only 5 coat coat hangers 4 - the jacuzzi area/space is quite small so most likely you will need to "queue" to use it. Great sun trap though.
