Es gibt immer ein WUNDERVOLLES Frühstück, aber ich frage mich, warum die Papiersets beim Morgenessen nicht nach jedem Gast ausgewechselt werden?

We left our house key at the hotel during checkout. The hotel staff notified us via email. However, when we simultaneously reached out for assistance through both phone and email to have the key sent back via DHL, and we offered to cover the costs, we were unsure why the hotel staff chose not to use DHL but opted for other mailing methods. Perfekter Aufenthalt dank außergewöhnlichem Service

Unser Aufenthalt im Hotel "Schwabinger Wahrheit" war rundum perfekt. Das Zimmer war makellos und absolut sauber, was für uns einen großen Pluspunkt darstellt – volle 10 Punkte! Auch der Service ließ nichts zu wünschen übrig: immer freundlich, zuvorkommend und professionell.

Besonders hervorheben möchten wir jedoch Ivan, unseren Ansprechpartner vor Ort. Er war das sprichwörtliche i-Tüpfelchen und hat unseren Aufenthalt zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis gemacht. Mit seiner herzlichen Art und dem Gespür für Details hat er dafür gesorgt, dass wir uns vom ersten Moment an willkommen gefühlt haben. Ivan war wirklich die Kirsche auf der Torte und hat dem ohnehin schon wunderbaren Aufenthalt noch das gewisse Extra verliehen. Wir kommen definitiv wieder und empfehlen das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiter!

It was pleasant except the cooling system wasn’t working properly. We asked to have the room cooled except the cooling system wasn’t turning on or it was controlled at the front desk.

If I hade to rate the hotel over all. You would lose a Starr for that purpose.

Also more variety for what your charge for breakfast should be available.
