We very much enjoyed our stay although the broken wifi was problematic in terms of accessing our room, but the staff were as helpful as they could be under the circumstances. The room was clean and bright, and comfortable - we loved the air con, and the shower was excellent. The breakfast was varied and tasty, and we all enjoyed trying different options.

Excellent location, 10min. easy walk from U station.

Clean & quiet room (we were on the 6th. floor).

We had everything we needed, and the room layout was great for two friends, in that the sink, toilet and shower were all separate - we each had our space, no "waiting in line" to use them.
Spa was great and kept impeccably clean. Bike rental was also very convenient. Breakfast lovely with healthy choices and good drink choice: different coffees, juices and water selection. Great service.

Check-in staff was unfriendly. Housekeeping staff was lovely. Two false fire alarms were concerning
