Amazing staff. Very fast and friendly customer service. The beds were quite comfortable. I only rated the rooms a little lower because of the bathroom shower. Designed to be more like a military or camping shower where you soap up with it off then turn it on to rinse. But I have long hair so it was nearly impossible to rinse and not have the water go all over the floor. I had to shut it off and wait for the water to drain and then turn it back on again. Other than that the rooms we're great for what we needed. Clean rooms.

It was an excellent value for the price. Very modern and clean. I would have loved to have a small refrigerator and a second pillow.

Excellent location, Best Breakfast I’ve had on a city break. Room was modern, clean and shower was also a plus. Only downside was no drawers for storing underwear socks ect. Will definitely book again if we return to Munich. Thank you.

Clean but the showers were way too small. Staff was not very friendly nor helpful.
