An excellent experience, the room was adapted for three, spacious and pleasant. The staff is lovely and the cleanliness is at a high level

Das Zimmer war super - sauber, geräumig, hell und geschmackvoll. Der Service (Check-in) war "ok" - also nicht schlecht aber auch nicht besonders herzlich und/ oder "Welcoming." Das hätte ich gemessen am Zimmer anders erwartet.

People are nice, inside the room is very cleam, however, the two issues of a clogged sink and the excessive water overflowing onto the floor when using the shower are very troublesome.

We have a Family room for 4 people. The room is functionnal but one of the beds wasn’t confortable : it was just the bed base of a sofa. So for an adult, it’s a little hard.
However we enjoy our stay : the personnal is Nice and there is an underground car park.

This was my first time in Munich, and I am so glad I decided to stay at Schwabinger Waheit. The design from the lobby to my room was so efficiently elegant and I loved that there were real wooden children's toys and real children's books in the dining area! The service was impeccable and if I ever return to Munich, this is where I will stay -- but longer.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. All expectations were exceeded. The location was perfect, the grounds were beautiful. The room was very comfortable and they provided the crib for our daughter and extra bed, as requested. Breakfast was great. We will definitely stay here again if we ever visit Munich again. 10/10!

I did not appreciate finding out that we would be charged for our children to stay with us in a group room. This should have been included in the price up front. Why would we choose a group room for two people? We chose a group room because we had 5 in our family.

Perfect stay. Very clean well thought out rooms and hotel in general. Staff working very hard to make every area clean and they are all very friendly. The breakfast is fresh with lots of choice catering for all tastes. The sauna, jacuzzi and gym are again very clean and comfortable. Good location, I shall definitely stay again.
