Room was OK.
Breakfast was good.
Location is good.
The bed is not very comfortable and in particular, the pillows are not very good.
The temperature was hard to control and unsure if the AC was working properly.
I had to work in the room and that was not very comfortable - no good chair/desk.
We are sorry to learn that the bed and pillows were not comfortable. Your comments will help us review our bedding to ensure a better sleep experience for future guests. Regarding the temperature control and AC, we understand that maintaining a comfortable room temperature can be difficult. Due to fluctuating temperatures at this time of year, it can sometimes be challenging to achieve the desired setting. Nevertheless, we will check the system to ensure everything is functioning properly.
We also understand the importance of a comfortable workspace and apologize that the room setup did not meet your needs and will reconsider improvements to better accommodate guests who need to work during their stay.
