Very clean, very helpful staff. Only a fridge in the room would have been convenient.

I have the room 221 - the reason why I put 4 and not 5 is the shower. The water doesn't stay in the shower zone but outside on the floor. So not so practical to have water on the complete floor closed the toilet and the lavabo.
for the rest - the pillows are very confortable, the bed is good, the climatisation is only in German and not in English - not easy to adapt the performance of the climatisation.
the breakfast was very good and diversified. The jacuzzi is good but a lot of children take the jacuzzi as swimming pool zone (not so quiet).
For the fitness - the bicycle needs to be adjusted (pedale bouge).

Hotel is centrally located in the center. Car parking surfaces at the hotel work fine. The breakfast is great. Reduce smartly; mono glasses / containers so not everyone is shoveling in the same container. Much variation. Room very neat and well laid out in terms of layout. We rented bikes which ??. Dining is not possible, but there are many delicious restaurants and bars in the area and in the old city center. The swimming pool is lovely. We would love to come back again.

Wir haben als 4 Freundinnen über ein Wochenende ein Familienzimmer bezogen und waren begeistert. Das Hotel ist schön gestaltet, super ordentlich und das Frühstück war ein Traum. Zum Englischen Garten konnten wir laufen und mit der UBahn erreicht man in 10 Minuten den Olympiapark und in 20 Minuten den Hauptbahnhof. Rund um das Hotel sind viele Bars, Restaurants und Shopping-Möglichkeiten.
Wir kommen gern wieder!

Very nice hotel for families. Room was cleverly configured to allow for some privacy even though we were a family of 3 in one room. Nice shower, nice sink area, lots of space to hang and/or organize things. I would have liked additional pillows so that we could sit up in bed to read, etc. With only 1 small pillow per person, it was difficult to sit up.
Loved the lobby area and availability to purchase drinks on the evening.
