We have stayed here many times over many years when we visit our daughter who lives on Franz Joseph because your location is so convenient. In the past we have never encountered such an unfriendly, inattentive and rude front desk/bartender staff as the woman who was there this visit. Thus the low rating on Service. Housekeeping was excellent.
Thank you very much for your detailed feedback.
We are pleased to hear that you appreciate our convenient location and that housekeeping met your expectations.
However, we are very sorry to learn about your negative experience with our front desk/bar staff. This is certainly not the standard we strive for, and we will address this matter internally to ensure that all our guests receive attentive and friendly service.
We value your loyalty over the years and hope to have the opportunity to provide you with the excellent experience during your next visit.
We would be very pleased to welcome you again soon. To enjoy a 10% discount on your next booking, you can reach us at +49 (0) 89 55137 8196 or easily book online at www.schwabinger-wahrheit.de with the code: LOYALTY.
