Overall, this is an exceptional hotel with a wonderful staff. However, the Wi-Fi in our room was unacceptable. We literally had to stand by the door of our hotel room in order to simply check email or use the subway map and plan our visit. This must be fixed. It made our trip difficult and not as enjoyable.

I really love this hotel. The rooms are very comfortable and modern, and the facilities and lobby very well appointed. The breakfast has a lot of choices. Best of all are the staff who are very warm and welcoming - a really strong team of people who make your experience great.
