Modern hotel in a great location. Enjoyed our stay

It’s always a pleasure to stay at this hotel. It’s very well located and impeccably organized. I make a point of staying here every year, and it consistently meets my expectations.
However, something different happened this year. I left my luggage in the locker, which is kindly provided by the hotel. When I returned, the staff member Simon asked me for my locker number in a way that felt somewhat like being questioned during an oral exam. He was holding the key, looked at me, and said ‘correct.’ The situation felt a bit uncomfortable.
In any case, I will continue to stay at this hotel, as it overall meets my expectations very well

Lage des Hotels und Frühstück hervorragend

Wir sind zum zweiten mal Gäste gewesen vei euch. Zimmer Frühstück war wie letztes mal sehr schön und sauber.
Was ich schade fand wir wurden nicht freundlich begrüsst sei es am Empfang oder bei Frühstück. Die einzige Begrüssung war im Lift und im Stockwerk vom housekeeping Personal.
Dieses Verhalten passt nicht zum Hotel Image.
Ich erwarte nicht den roten Teppich vorgelegt im Gegenteil wir sind ein einfaches paar das sich über ein Lächeln und ein guten Morgen freut und schätzt.

Ich würde mich als langjähriger Gast bezeichnen. Leider habe ich mein gewünschtes Zimmer 424 dass mir versprochen wurde, leider nicht bekommen. Das war für mich sehr ärgerlich. Ansonsten war alles andere o.k.
