1. Very friendy and competent staff throughout the hotel. 2. Room kept promise of great view, comfortable bed and moder bathroom. We enjoyed good night's sleep every night. In the short time we were your guest we did rest and recuperate from previous stress. Felt better. 3. I have to say that the hotel is overdoing the "bio" and "green" and "environmentally- friendly" message. Maybe I feel this way because I am older than the target group. All big hotels have to strive to be environmentally friendly nowadays.But not all have to make such a fuss abiout it as the Panorama does.
