Freundliche Mitarbeiter im restauarant.
Die Kommunikation zwischen Gast und Mitarbeiter an der Reception war nicht gerade erfolgreich, da gab es ein Missverständnis - Halppension gebucht,
Und die Kissen (klein ) im Hotelzimmer sollten man austauschen—da war kaum noch Füllung darin , ansonsten war alles in Ordnung, liebe Grüße H. Schöttgen.
