Spoiled by the rude portly dark haired man on reception. We arrived early after messaging the hotel that we would be arriving early. The man on reception was in a doorway further down the hall from reception talking to other staff members, he looked around and saw me standing at reception but chose to ignore me. I was left waiting for 10 minutes, so we sat on the chairs provided. When he eventually returned to his post he chose to speak to a German couple before us, knowing we had been waiting. When we did finally get to speak with him we were told that we could not book in until 1600hrs. I explained that we had messaged and didn't mind paying extra but he was having none of it. Regarding the hotel I would say average at best, a little dated and the wellness centre needs renovation work to bring it up to date with other establishments. Saving grace for the hotel was the very polite gentleman with blond hair who showed us to our room, think he was more embarrassed than we were by our experience.
