The facilities are wonderful and the restaurant staff (particularly Denise) are very helpful and responsive; they make the dining experience extremely satisfying. The only frustrations with my stay were that the wireless connection in the room continually disconnects and the connection to the payment systems also disconnects. When I was trying to check out, the staff at the front desk repeatedly received a declined response from the credit card system and was suggesting to me that my card had been declined when in actuality I had more than enough available credit for the charge to be processed; I called my bank and they had not received any requests for payment after 3 or 4 attempts from your staff. I was very embarrassed and frustrated as it was implied that I could not pay for my room when in reality it was an issue with the hotel credit system.
