I was traveling with my 13 year old daughter, and the room was clean and nice. We ordered a room with one double bed and one single bed, but immediately upon booking got a message from the hotel that we would only get a double bed, that could be separated. This process we had to do ourselves. The hotel lies in a beautiful location, and we slept very well. The breakfast was average, but with a beautiful view of the lake. The reason I would not recommend this hotel to a friend is the experience of the most unpleasant check out ever. ( I travel up to 200 days pr year across the globe). While we were waiting for the printing of our receipt for the parking the woman at the reception suddenly said " It says here that you booked the room for an adult and a child? That girl is not a child" I kindly replied that we booked the room thru Booking.com, and when you book there you have to register a child between 0-17 in the app. She replied " Booking.com do whatever they want. If you booked with us you should have paid 50 euro more, since she is not a child!" I was a bit surprised, and since the conversation was in German, which is my 4th language and not so strong I just replied that I understand, and that we booked it thru Booking.com and filled in the information they needed. The receipt came out of the printer, but she did not pick it up. Instead se said " If you come back I will ask your daughter show an ID of her age" At this point the situation was so absurd that I said, I think we will leave now, waiting for her to give me the receipt of 16 euros for the parking. That did not happen, so we walked out of the place.
