The front desk staff are very accommodating. The waiters were friendly. There was only one problem but I don't think it can be fixed. I can hear my neighbors on one side of the chalet making love on multiple nights and on the other side a baby crying for hours. I can also hear people in the hallway clearly. Maybe you should take the soundproof rooms description off of the website. It's misleading.

è stato breve perché si trattava solamente di una notte, ma nel complesso siamo stati bene! per me merita 10 ed è un ottimo hotel quindi sicuramente ritorneremo presto!
