Would not get back, it is for work so at least be in the first floor , the room in the ground floor was Terrible

Thank you for the review, however we are sorry you did not have a good time in our hotel. I can assure you that what you described is not our standard. The insect you saw is not a bedbug, but an insect that entered from outside, considering that there are fields of land near the hotel. However, your stay was three days, we would have changed your room immediately if you had notified us. We also take note of the suggestion for breakfast products. Tutto molto comodo. Camere pulite e ben allestite, personale cordiale, la camera aveva anche un terrazzino personale con sedie e tavolo. Tutto molto accogliente
