I never was at your hotel. I will be at your hotel next week - from 5 to 8 March. However, when in my first attempt, there was a mistake which booked me for 24 Feb. However, THERE WAS NO OPTION TO CANCEL ON YOUR WEBSITE - WHICH IS WHY I'M DISSATISFIED. YOU SHOULD HAVE AN OPTION TO CANCEL ONLINE IF SOMEONE MAKES A MISTAKE. THEREFORE, YOU HAVE TAKING MONEY FROM ME WITHOUT PROVIDING ME A SERVICE.
