Really good. I enjoyed my stay. The hostel was in an ideal location for exploring Lyon, and the key cards make it really easy if you’re returning to the hostel at a late hour. Such a cute little hostel. I would stay here again

Employees were very helpful. We were able to book a single room for a group of 10 people and had a superb communication in advance. There were also no problems when we had to change the amount of guests. During our stay, the staff helped us reserve a table in a beautiful small restaurant with french dishes which they recommended us. It was also very handy to have an open kitchen and a bar inside the hostel. We can warmly recommend this hostel and we like to thank the staff for making our stay so memorable!

- auf vielfältige Besucher vorbereitet (in Bezug auf verschiedene Zimmerarten)
- schön eingerichtet, frisch renoviert
- gemütlicher Aufenthaltsbereich
- geräumige Toiletten/Duschen
- insgesamt sehr zufrieden und weiterempfehlenswert :)

Except that the kitchen was a bit small for people who wanted to self cater.
Not that i did this time but i usually do and with the beautiful produce on offer at several Lyon markets i would've loved the opportunity to buy and cook some of that local produce.
Otherwise i thought your hostel was clean, beds very comfortable, rooms big enough, toilets clean and staff friendly and amicable.
Will definitely stay here next time when i next pass through Lyon:)

Trop de nuisances sonores au sein de l'établissement, certe ce n'est pas un hôtel classique mais tout de même ! Réveillée plusieurs fois la nuit par des chambres trop agitées .. Dommage

Ne tient pas sa promesse au regard de ce que j'avais vu dans l'émission maison France 5
Les parties communes sont sales. Ma lampe ne fonctionnait pas , je l'ai signalé mais aucune solution ne m'a été proposée.
Le coffee shop ferme trop tôt: j'aurais voulu pouvoir prendre un dernier verre avant de rejoindre ma chambre.

Nous sommes sincèrement désolés si la propreté des partie communes n'était pas satisfaisante. Sachez que nous mettons tout en œuvre pour que cela évolue, au regard des nombreuses évolutions de l'effectif de personnel d'entretien.
Concernant le coffee shop, il est ouvert 24h/24, seule la machine à café ferme à 18h, avec le départ du dernier barista. Nous espérons que vous aurez l'occasion de repasser par chez nous et que vous serez constater les progrès réalisés.
