The photos on booking do not represent the reality. Why do you show a ‘box’, if you then place me in a room that does not have it? I expected to have a box, instead I could jot sleep us my bed was next to the entrance with flashes of light from the corridor all evening and all morning. I feel deceived! Also, tje guys ar reception only confirmed my stereotype about ‘french mood’: could be better trend to show some hospitality!

We are sorry if one of the photo from booking misguided you, we have many dormitories, each with an original layout. Feel free to ask reception for a bed change, we will be happy to help if possible.
We fixed the power of the lights on the corridor to be less strong, thank you for that.

Beaucoup de bruits jusqu’à 1h du matin. Des rires jusqu’à très tard dans la pièce d’a côté avec aucune insonorisation qui n’est pas dans les critères d’une chambre d’hotel

Bien, mais les parquets qui grincent et les sanitaires pas propres sont des pistes d'amélioration.

Fantastic stay, one of the beat hostels I’ve ever stayed in! Such a lovely place, great location, very clean, friendly cheery staff.....would definitely recommend this charming hostel!
