The photos on booking do not represent the reality. Why do you show a ‘box’, if you then place me in a room that does not have it? I expected to have a box, instead I could jot sleep us my bed was next to the entrance with flashes of light from the corridor all evening and all morning. I feel deceived! Also, tje guys ar reception only confirmed my stereotype about ‘french mood’: could be better trend to show some hospitality!
We are sorry if one of the photo from booking misguided you, we have many dormitories, each with an original layout. Feel free to ask reception for a bed change, we will be happy to help if possible.
We fixed the power of the lights on the corridor to be less strong, thank you for that.
Greetings is the most important mission of the reception, and I am so very sorry if the person whom did your check-in failled to show you the hospitality we attempt to provide.
