Superbe auberge de jeunesse branchée avec une déco simple mais très actuel !!!

Belle hotel avec du personnel de qualité très agréable
Par contre il y a trop de bruit dans les couloirs. C'est dommage

Étant seulement de passage sur lyon, cet hôtel - auberge était parfait. Belle structure avec un personnel très accueillant et une bonne ambiance conviviale.

It would have been perfect if i didn't saw and got bitten by bedbugs. Worst nightmare for a hostel.

First of all, sorry for the inconvenience. We are really sorry to hear you had a bad experience in our hostel because of bed bugs.

Bed bugs are unfortunately a huge problem in many hotels / hostels in the world and we take it very seriously. We are checking the rooms very often but it is very hard to control as many travelers are coming from infested places and it spreads from one place to another really easily. We are working closely with a specialized company to eradicate any bed bugs presence.

We asked this specialized company to fumigate the beds and whole room as soon as we detected bed bugs presence.

nearly perfect, if I would own a hostel, I would manage it like that ... very friendly (could recharge my power bank at the reception), nice lounge area, a lot of offers. plus the basics are very good: chip card for entering, high cleaning standard
