the hostel is okay. no electricity in the room still got charged for a towel. There wasn't any effort on behalf of the hostel to make up for it when it really does effect your stay. Also luggage storage was full and was told it would be 2 euro to store my bag and i just felt like i was staying in a place that just wanted my money rather than provide a nice place to stay. The staff were nice and I know it's policy - nothing against the staff they are very nice.

We completely understand that the lack of electricity in your room was frustrating, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. The issue has since been resolved.
Regarding the luggage storage: our paid lockers are indeed available for €4, but since they were full, we offered an alternative solution for €2 as a way to help out, not to profit. We’re sorry if it didn’t come across that way. Similarly, the towel rental is optional, and we do our best to keep all extra services fairly priced and transparent.
