Nice and clean place to stay, but if you arrive by subway and have heavy carrying luggage you will not like all that stairs...

I found it weird to get charged for EVERY service (breakfast, laundry, locker, walking tour) since other hostels don't charge for them all at the same time and they were a little expensive (for a hostel). Besides, even though every room is upstairs and the laundry room is downstairs, there was no elevator for guests!
Finally, your bathrooms are great but it was odd taking a shower with those timed-buttons, kept running out of water having shampoo in my face or something.
Still, I found the lounge to be great and loved the possibility to use the kitchen and share food with other guests. The ambience was great but the experience didn't live up to it.

Our prices for the room are quite competitive compare to other hostel and all the service we provide is extra in order not to penalize the custumer who doesn't want to use some of the service. We do our best to preserve environnement and it's for that reason we have a timed button in the shower to avoid water waste. Have a safe travel and see you again in Lyon !

Je suis contente dans l'ensemble : le petit-déjeuner, l'accueil, le lit, surtout le plan de Lyon. C'est dommage de payer pour laisser des bagages.

Hello we are sorry to hear that your stay does not suit you. Since we are located downtown it is true that the streets can be noisy at times. Know that the streets are safe day and night in the city center. Given our location our prices are quite competitive. Regarding your booking any payment is the day you arrive in our establishment. Before that we perform a pre-authorization on your account the amount of your first night is immediately released on the day of arrival. This may take several days depending on the bank for you to see on your account.
