My favorite thing about this hostel was the location. It was close or an easy ride on public transit to everywhere I wanted to go. My general feeling about the hostel itself is that it is fine if you just need a convenient place to sleep but felt very cold/corporate. That is probably in part because of how big it is, and also because there are notes/signs everywhere explaining rules and instructions, but I didn't actually have much interaction with anyone in the hostel. The reception staff was polite, but it would have felt more personal and welcoming to have someone walk me through the hostel to show me the different areas and my room, instead of just giving me the keys and letting figure things out by wandering around myself and reading the signs.

C’est un plaisir de savoir que vous avez apprécié la qualité de notre établissement, ainsi que la convivialité et l’efficacité de l’équipe d’accueil, notamment lors de votre demande tardive. Nous sommes également ravis que la cuisine spacieuse, les douches accessibles, et le confort du linge aient contribué à rendre votre expérience agréable.

Nous comprenons que l’utilisation du métro ait pu présenter des difficultés en tant que voyageur international. Votre remarque à ce sujet est précieuse et sera prise en compte afin d’améliorer les informations proposées à nos clients.
