Buon soggiorno. Peccato per la pulizia e la colazione carente.

We are sorry that the cleanliness and quality of our breakfast did not meet your expectations. Our all-you-can-eat buffet, offered at the price of €9, includes pancakes, seasonal fruits, fresh fruit juices, ham, cheeses, mueslis to compose, toasts and hot drinks. We select high-quality local products from regional suppliers, and our new offer has allowed us to reduce our environmental impact by limiting waste. Although we understand that each taste is different, we have received many positive feedbacks regarding the quality of our breakfast.

Please know that your satisfaction and well-being are at the heart of our actions, and we do everything possible to offer an experience that fully meets your expectations.

Ho soggiornato in questo ostello per tre notti e, nonostante la struttura fosse generalmente buona, ho avuto un problema con l'asciugacapelli. L'asciugacapelli non era disponibile e il personale non è riuscito a risolvere il problema durante tutto il mio soggiorno. Mi è stato detto che l'asciugacapelli era stato rubato qualche sera prima, ma è piuttosto sorprendente che un ostello con più di 100 ospiti abbia solo un asciugacapelli a disposizione. Questo ha sicuramente influenzato negativamente la mia esperienza complessiva.

Bonne expérience ! d’ailleurs j’ai réservé pour un autre séjour…mais avec salle de bain privative !! Je fais ce séjour pour raisons de santé et j’ai 73ans !!
