The rooms are nice and the vibe is great, location is good and the breakfast was tasty.
Bathrooms and WiFi could be better but I would absolutely stay there again!

Meiner Erfahrung nach sind alle Personen in dem Hostel, sehr aufgeschlossen und freundlich und erleichtern einem den Aufenthalt dort. Man lernt auf jeden Fall jemanden kennen da sich viele Personen gern in dem schönen Gemeinschaftsbereich aufhalten.

Not very accessible no lift had to take suitcase up the stairs,
Could only take suitcase down stairs to a dirty locker room with no lockers avail be so had to sit and wait in reception to check in,
Loud loud rooms, very stuffy

Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. We're sorry to hear that your stay with us did not live up to your expectations.

Unfortunately, we do not have an elevator, but you can always ask our receptionists for help and they will be happy to assist you.

As for lockers , we have an automatic and secure luggage storage system. It's possible that they may be full during busy periods, but don't hesitate to check with reception to find an alternative solution.

Check-in is normally at 3pm, as mentioned in your booking. If we are able to offer an early check-in, we do so free of charge.

Finally, we regret that some people do not always respect community life. In such cases, please do not hesitate to contact reception directly, which is open 24 hours a day.
