No fue tan mala pero me pareció que la chica de la recepción es muy antipática y la limpieza de sábanas así como la de los baños es nula

Our bathrooms are cleaned every day and are checked many times during the day, but sometimes it may happen that despite all the check-up they are dirty. In this case, do not hesitate to tell the reception. We will be more carreful in the futur.
The beds are made after every check-out, the linen is clean at your arrival. The blanket and the pillow case are allready set, you only have to put your linen on the mattress. The rooms are checked before the check-in starts.
Im sorry that you did not like the experience with our staff, we normaly have very good feedback on this point. I will have a word with the receptionnist in order to know what happened.
