The place was faultlessly clean. The staff were excellent.
This was the noisiest place I have ever stayed in. The noise from groups socialising in the courtyard which went on until after 00.30 was horrible.To try and sleep with this, or having closed the windows with temperatures above 30C made things difficult.
Sympathetic comments from staff were OK but not effective in doing anything towards solving the problem.
We paid for this horrible experience.

During your stay we had a groupe of 20 people so it was a little bit special. Anyway, from 23.00pm the patio should be quiet !
The receptionist present at that time was informed and it will not happen again.

Very good although I wish there was a more secure way to store our luggage during the day (such as putting tags on bags so we know the right person is picking it up)

You have a locker in the room that you can use (you can bring your padlock or we can rent you one for 5€ Deposit).
We also offer the free service to keep your luggage during the day in our office. A tag "Hey! This is my bag" is available at the reception and you can put your name/date/contact details.

Moyenne.
Auberge très bien située pour visiter Lyon à pied. Lieux propres mais peu de sanitaires.
Bon petit déjeuner.
Tout est écrit en anglais. Il serait intéressant que le français soit quand même mis à l'honneur, en France.

Il est vrai que sur cette période de l'année, nous avons à 90% une clientèle anglophone, c'est pour cette raison que nous communiquons beaucoup en anglais. Cependant la réception est toujours ouverte et disponible pour répondre à vos questions en Français :)

Concernant les sanitaires, nous avons au total 7 WC et 7 douches dans l'hostel ce qui est réglementaire pour un établissement hôtelier comme le notre.

really good.. great vibe .. wonderful price.. one attendant was a little out of it.. but I'll chalk it up to her just having a bad day.. don't we all.. but most of the staff was awesome.. ion fact I arrived sick.. they turned my bed over first and was able to get a good nights sleep to recover..Thanks again..
